Jakarta, April 29, 2025 — The strategic collaboration between Sinergis HR Consulting and Services and PT Ringkas Asia Technology officially concluded with a warm closing meeting held at the Ringkas headquarters located at 88 Office. The meeting was attended by Yoko Simon (Co-Founder and CFO), Antonius Puguh (CFO and Risk Compliance) from Ringkas, along with three representatives from the Sinergis team. First initiated in 2022, this collaboration was concluded with deep appreciation for the synergy and contributions built throughout the partnership.
The Beginning of the Sinergis–Ringkas Collaboration
The partnership began with Ringkas—a financial technology startup—seeking to build a strong HR system amidst limited internal resources. “We wanted to focus on our core business, so we needed Sinergis to bring in expertise and manage our HR systems,” said Yoko Simon in an interview with the Sinergis HR team.
Tangible Results of Sinergis in Ringkas' Growth
For over two years, Sinergis supported Ringkas through shared services-based HR solutions, covering SLA Management & Efficiency for eight core HR functions, payroll, HRIS management, recruitment, and employment contract administration. The number of employees grew significantly, from just 3 to 85 staff. Sinergis successfully reduced HR operational costs by up to 41%.
Systems such as Talenta and SignNow were also utilized to streamline administration processes, minimize human error, and enhance accountability. Implementation of SLAs led to 50% improvement in HR process efficiency compared to two years prior.
Building HR Systems and Culture
Sinergis’ role extended beyond administrative support; it played a key role in establishing a more structured work system and HR culture. This included structured recruitment processes, reference checks, employee engagement initiatives such as birthday celebrations at Ringkas, and organizing company outings to foster employee bonding—all delivered through a collaborative approach.
“We saw Sinergis growing alongside Ringkas. In the early days, both parties were still exploring the right systems, approaches, and solutions. But it was through this process that we grew together. Sinergis demonstrated impressive adaptability and learning capacity, and ultimately helped us build a strong and relevant HR system,” added Yoko.
Future Recommendations and Outlook for Ringkas
In its final report, Sinergis provided strategic recommendations to ensure the sustainability of Ringkas’ HR system. These recommendations include strengthening SLA frameworks, conducting competency mapping to boost performance, and accelerating HR digital transformation using AI and data analytics. Ringkas now has an internal HR team ready to continue and further develop the foundation built by Sinergis.
Viriya Paramita, Director of Sinergis, expressed gratitude for the collaboration. “We are proud to have supported Ringkas since its early stage. This partnership proves that a shared HR services approach can be a practical and effective solution for startups looking to grow rapidly while remaining structured.”
Although the formal collaboration has concluded, both parties emphasized that the strong relationship will continue. Sinergis and Ringkas have demonstrated that with the right synergy, building a robust HR system is no longer a challenge—it is a strategic opportunity to strengthen business foundations in today’s fast-paced digital era.
The experience of Sinergis has proven effective in supporting startups from early stages to successfully establishing efficient HR systems and culture through its HR Shared Services model.
