Lenny got her Bachelor Degree at University of Indonesia and Master’s Degree in Melbourne University, Australia. With 15 years of consulting experiences at national and international level organizations through several national ministries i.e Strategic Ministry and international agencies i.e ICRAF, UNDP, Partnership, USAID, the Founder of Edukarir dedicated her expertise to help clients in developing organizational performance and evaluating frameworks and instruments through Edukarir Indonesia.
Viriya is the Alumni of University of Indonesia for his Bachelor and Master’s degree in Accounting. He has 10 years of broad experiences ranging from tax consultant office, business, finance, and marketing. His professionalism also shines in career development industry in start-up environment and business. After his experiences in various business landscape, he has dedicated his time to grow Edukarir Indonesia.
Shierlen got her Bachelor Degree at University of Indonesia, majoring Psychology. She had a professional experience working at the Integrated Clinic, University of Indonesia. She handles various organizations in terms of career counselling and psychology assessment and talent acquisition. She also a former counsellor at Indopsycare and Ruangguru and she brings all her experiences to Edukarir team.
Nilam possessed a Master’s Degree focused in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya. 12 years of dedication and experiences, Nilam known as an expert of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and talent acquisition. With a demonstrated history of working in the assessment industry and start up, she knows compensation, screening, management, and performance management like in the back of her hand.
Yunita is an HR Generalist. She acquirers hunderds talents in her working experience. Over all, she has more than 4 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Now she is pursuing her degree in economic development major.
Dina got her Master Degree at Universitas Indonesia, majoring Applied Psychology. She has a strong analytical background and has great interests on HR industry.
Uruqul is consultant in management and digital transformation. He got his master degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and now pursuing his Doctoral degree. He has deep analytical thinking as an Expert. He had an experience leading transforming public information system of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He is also a team member for ITB consultants for the Indonesia Telematics Society (MASTEL). Uruqul is also an Advisor of Edukarir Indonesia.
