PT Edukarir Indonesia is looking for a Business Development Staff to support the progress of our company in Jakarta. This important role requires a well-organized team who enjoys multi-tasking and the challenges and opportunities presented in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify new product marketing leads
2. Doing service pitching
3. Maintain good relationship with existing clients
4. Conduct research on other people’s organizations or individuals online which can be done through social media
5. Research the needs of other companies and find out who is part of the purchasing team and has the right to make decisions contact potential clients via email or telephone to plan meetings and schedule product or service pitches

6. Plan and supervise the new marketing team attend conferences, meetings, and events

7. Prepare presentations in the form of powerpoints and also sales displays
8. Contacting clients to inform about new product developments in the company
9. Make quotations and proposals
10. Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, or in person
11. Develop sales goals for the team and ensure it stays on-track
12. Conduct training for team members and help team members to develop skills

Education and Experience:

1. Male or Female
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher with a specialization in Business Development
3. Minimum 2 years experience
4. Excellent in Business Management & Partnership
5. Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams spread throughout the office.
6. Able to communicate, negotiate, have a strategy, understand technology, have the ability to handle or manage projects and be able to solve problems properly and correctly
