Our Client, a logistics company in Jakarta are hiring

[Hiring – Finance Manager]

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee budgeting processes, including variance analysis between actuals and forecasts.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), maintain healthy cash flow, and ensure company liquidity.
  • Provide investment recommendations and conduct data-driven financial analysis.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team (AR, AP, treasury) while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and taxation requirements.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Financial Management (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, AR/AP, taxation, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
