HRGA Consultant [Energy Sector]

We are a fast-paced company that is passionate to help businesses grow with our best HR Services and Advisory. We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HRGA Consultant – Sector Energy to represent our project team.
This position is project based, preferably based in Jabodetabek/Medan/Tapanuli.

Responsibilities:

Project Management and Implementation:
HR Consultant will play a key role in delivery of consulting services, collaborative initiatives, and applied research on designated projects. The successful candidate will design and manage projects for individual companies, implement projects with multiple workstreams, and will discover and operationalize synergies between research, collaboration, and advisory services work.

General Affair:
Analyze and provide solutions to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the client.

Organizational Development:
Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business. Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction for clients.

Education and Experience:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in Human resources management especially General Affair in energy or power sector
2. Capacity to work and thrive in a growing, fast-paced entrepreneurial organization with a collaborative environment.
3. A deep knowledge of Human Resources Management,especially General Affair.
4. Experience in writing and presentation regarding HR issues and reporting.
5. Fluent in English in both communication and writing.
6. Attention to detail
7. Effective communication

We aim to onboard someone as soon as possible, with an anticipated engagement duration of approximately 6 months.
