HRM Compensation and Benefits Consultant

Description:

  1. Lead the HR Change Management efforts related to compensation and benefits restructuring and policy harmonization.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies aligned with the client’s workforce and cost-reduction objectives.
  3. Provide guidance and support to HR departments across different countries to standardize benefits and policies according to the established framework.
  4. Develop stakeholder analysis and communication plans to ensure effective engagement and buy-in throughout the project.
  5. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery within the specified timeline.
  6. Regularly update and report project status, milestones, and outcomes to internal teams.
 

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Change Management, with a focus on compensation and benefits restructuring.
  3. Proven track record of successfully leading complex, global HR transformation projects.
  4. Strong understanding of compensation and benefits structures, tax implications, and payroll processes.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  6. Experience working in a remote, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
  7. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  8. Flexibility to accommodate variable working hours, including availability during the APAC time zone.
  9. Certification in HR, Change Management, or Project Management is advantageous.
We aim to onboard someone as soon as possible, with an anticipated engagement duration of approximately 6 months.
