[Hiring – Production Supervisor Plastic Machinery (Injection & Blowing)]

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire plastic machinery production process (Injection & Blowing) to ensure quality and quantity targets are met.
• Provide clear instructions and effectively delegate tasks to the production team.
• Perform skilled troubleshooting and problem solving to resolve conflicts and production disruptions.
• Create clear and detailed production reports and be able to present the results to management.
• Ensure the production process adheres to basic principles of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management.
  
  

Requirement:

• Male / Female, maximum age 35 Years.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Injection Production division (preferred).
• Hard worker, persistent, and possesses organizational skills.
• Possesses strong leadership qualities and good team communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and Target-Oriented.
• Possesses quick and critical thinking abilities.
• Computer Literate (Office applications, Email, etc.).
• Willing to work on-site at Dadap, Tangerang
