[Hiring – Purchasing SPV]

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of purchasing local & imported goods, including price negotiation, delivery time, and document administration.
  • Ensure the availability of production materials according to the set schedule.
  • Monitor the import process to be on time.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, as well as evaluating vendor performance periodically.
  • Create purchase reports and ensure the accuracy of data for Finance & Management needs.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in handling both import and local procurement processes
  • Active English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented, assertive, communicative, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Willing to be placed in Dadap, Tangerang
