PT Edukarir Indonesia is looking for a Human Resources Staff to support the progress of our company in Jakarta. This important role requires a well-organized team who enjoys multi-tasking and the challenges and opportunities presented in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Knowing the needs of human resources in the company for the future
2. Recruiting and selecting new employees
3. Looking for potential candidates who match the qualifications to be placed in positions that have been determined by the company
4. Manage and develop human resources (HR) within the company
5. Arrange compensation, leave and insurance
6. Manage administration

Education and Experience:

1. Male or Female
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher with specialization in Human Resources
3. Minimum 2 years experience
4. Can use psychological test tools
5. Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams spread throughout the office.
6. Able to analyze problems, develop human resource capabilities and expertise in the workplace, able to work multitasking, have good problem solving, able to manage time, know labor laws, can think critically and be able to communicate well
