The password recovery feature has been updated as of February 18, 2025, to make it easier for you to access the system. Make sure you follow the procedure carefully to regain access to your Business Entity Coretax account.
Steps to Enter Coretax Business Entity (Director):
- Access Coretax Portal, open the Coretax website through the official link https://pajak.go.id/Coretax.
- Enter the Business Entity NPWP, on the login page, enter your Business Entity Tax Identification Number (NPWP) in the column provided.
- Click Forgot Password, under the password column, click the “Forgot Password?” option to start the password recovery process.
- Enter Registered Email, enter the email address that has been registered in the Coretax system as a Business Entity Director. Make sure this email matches the one used during registration.
- Identity Verification, the system will send a verification code to the email you entered. Check the inbox or spam folder in your email, then enter the verification code received.
- Create New Password, after successful verification, you will be asked to create a new strong and secure password. Make sure the password meets the security criteria specified by the system.
- Login with New Password, after the new password is successfully created, return to the login page and enter your TIN (NPWP) and new password to access the Coretax system.
